Orders & quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a purchase order has been issued and confirmed in writing. Prices are quoted FOB or CIF as specified in the quotation.

Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in each quotation. Standard terms for new customers: 30% deposit with purchase order, 70% balance before shipment. Established B2B customers may qualify for net terms — contact our sales team to discuss.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided with each quotation. EMPCaring is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer per the Incoterms specified in the quotation.

Product specifications

Product specifications on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge based on factory data. Minor variations in color, dimensions, or weight may occur between production batches. We encourage customers to request samples before placing bulk orders.

Warranty & returns

Warranty terms vary by product and will be confirmed in your quotation. Defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Return shipping for warranty claims is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property

For OEM and private label orders, the buyer warrants that any branding, logos, or designs provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. EMPCaring is not liable for IP disputes arising from customer-supplied branding.
